Arsenal will field a team full of reserve players at White Hart Lane in their Carling Cup match today.

Henry will be rested and Van Persie is out with an ankle injury. Alumnia will get the start in goal with Lehmann also being rested. Other Arsenal regulars that look like they will not be included in todays match are Rosicky, Eboue, Clichy, Febregas and Hleb.

Tottenham look to field a strong side at home with Keane, Berbatov, Defoe, Lennon and most of the regulars available for this match.

The winner of this Semi-Final match-up will get Chelsea in the Finals. Even though the Arsenal youngsters have been impressive this season, I think we will see Tottenham go through.

TOTTENHAM (-0.25) +108 over Arsenal

Spurs should really be up for this. I saw them play at Fulham. Fucking horrendous, awful, shite... These are words that come to mind when describing that performance. But, they were resting alot of first teamers in preparation for this game.

Just to be cautious, I'd wait for the Arsenal line-up. Wenger says he's playing the reserves but the guy lies alot. There's so much talent in that squad.
